Embroidery
We undertake embroidery of all types of fabrics using the state-of-the-art software-driven machines in order to create precise, complex, detailed designs on the fabrics or apparels. Our embroidery machines are ideal for producing any design, logo, or name on any fabric, including natural fabrics like cotton, linen, wool & silk, and synthetic fibersfabrics. like polyester, nylon, acrylic, spandex, and viscose. Our embroidery machines are therefore ideal for any type of permanent branding of T-shirts, caps, corporate wear, promotional materials, school uniforms, and all Fabrics. The embroidery process involves converting digital artwork provided by the customer into a stitch file (digitizing), hooping fabric with stabilizer, and using a specialized machine to automatically stitch the design. It requires selecting appropriate materials, loading the design via USB, setting up thread colors, and monitoring for quality during production. Our machines therefore embroider fabrics with high precision, speed, and efficiency.

Digital Fabric Printing
We offer high-quality digital printing services of all garments using the cutting-edge technology of Direct-Film-Transfer (DTF) to produce high-quality and durable prints on all kinds of fabrics including natural fabrics like cotton, linen, wool & silk and Synthetic Fibers like polyester, nylon, acrylic, spandex and Viscose. Engineered for precision and efficiency, this DTF printing powerhouse delivers vibrant, full-color transfers with exceptional durability produces sharp graphics on T-shirts, Jerseys, Hoodies, Corporate Wear and promotional materials. Direct-Film-Transfer (DTF) involves printing designs directly onto a special film, which is then heat transferred onto the garment. The digital printing process involves printing the design onto a special Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) film with water-based inks, then coated with a hot-melt adhesive powder. The printed film is heat-pressed onto the garment, transferring the entire layer (ink + adhesive film) onto the fabric.
